Clemson MS CS vs UCinn MEngg CS

Hello Everyone,

I have got an admit from Clemson University for MS in CS and University of Cincinnati for Mengg in CS, with $10,932 scholarship.

Please help me choose between the two considering course, ROI , placements and TA/RA opportunities.
