I want to shortlist universities as per my profile in Electrical Engineering (EE) or Electrical & Computer Engineering (ECE) department with the following proportion.
2 safe, 3 moderate, 3 ambitious.

------------------
Profile -
------------------
GRE - 321 (170 Quant + 151 Verbal)
TOEFL - 97 (27 Reading + 28 Writing + 18 Speaking + 24 Listening)
AWA - 4.0
Relevant Experience- ~2 Years (ASIC Verification Engineer)
Additional Relevant Courses - From Coursera (Course was of Illinois, Urbana Champaign) , NPTEL, Dulous & Verification Academy of Mentor Graphics

CGPA - 7.83/10 (B.Tech in Electronics & Communication, EC)
College - Nirma Institute of Technology
12th Result - 86.4% (Chemistry 98, Physics 97, Maths 89)
10th Result - 90.62% (Maths 100, Science 100)

I don't exactly know the relevance of 10th & 12th result on MS admission, but I had seen one user's post with those data, so I am also here including 10th & 12th data, in case if it is useful.
