Hello!
I am applying for MS in IE with majors in OR. I have not taken the TOEFL yet and am on it. I have shortlisted some universities and would like to have my profile evaluated. Also, give me relevant info (anything you know, because every little thing is helpful) on these universities regarding job & academic opportunities, financial aid (most important) and the pros and cons of the location. Do tell whether it is a good program or not.
Also, will it help if I take the GRE again?

3. North Carolina State University, Raleigh, NC - MS in OR & MS in IE (they have both)
4. Texas Tech University, TX - MS in IE
5. Arizona State University, AZ - MS in IE
6. Rochester Institute of Technology, NY - MS in I&SE
7. SUNY Buffalo, NY - MS in IE
8. Lehigh University, PA - MS in I&SE
9. University of Pittsburgh, PA - MS in IE
10. The Ohio State University, OH- MS in I&SE
11. Auburn University, AL - MS in IE
12. University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign - MS in IE
13. Oklahoma State University - MS in IE
14. University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee - MS in IE (also, how does it compare with the Madison campus?)
15. University of Texas at Austin, TX - MS in OR&IE
