M.S in Computer information systems in Southern Arkansas University

I am Nivash, have six years experience in Assistant professor field in Electronics related at reputed university in india,
i'm planning to choose M.S in Computer information systems in Southern Arkansas University. is this course Good for finding job in U.S in future and worth of taking this course in Southern Arkansas University.

Due to my financial aid for paying university fees, accomodation in university will i get T.A or any related work in campus itself with my working experience.
