work exp: 2 years TCS ,as hardware designer worked in FPGA and CPLD currently working on Firmware projects

12th 85%(CBSE)
10 85%(CBSE)
Have published research paper published in IJPRET
Sports and co-curricular is also good .
I want to pursue MS in US or Europe in communication engineering or embedded system or control systems.
Pls suggest universities for fall 2017
