MS CS FALL 2017, GRE 312

Hello,i need university suggestion for MS in CS.
Delhi university(B.tech CS)
GRE-312(V 149,Q 163)
TOEFL-100
UG-78%(till 6th semester)
12th-90.6%
Internship at HCL tech,noida.
3 projects.No tech papers.
Please guide me through safe,mod and amb universities.Also,is there a chance for USC or should i give my GRE again.
