Changing name of sponsor after US visa rejection

Can i change the name of sponsor for US visa. Although in interview i have stated that my father will sponsor my education but now i intend to say that my cousin brother will sponsor my education. I have his 1 year bank statements, CA letter, ITR and also the affidavit. On safe side i am planning to take loan aswell. Can anybody guide me?
