Hello seniors,
I am applying for a MS in CS program (No specialization decided yet). My profile is as followed:
GRE - 307 (Q-161, V-146)
TOEFL- yet to give.
GPA - 6.2/10
Topper GPA - 9.5/10
12th - 78%
10th - 84%
UG stream - Computer Science Engineering
Projects - One final year project. Relevant to CS.
Work experience - 3 years (2.5 years right now)
Work profile - Full stack developer in a small product based company.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I have shortlisted these universities till now:
Simon Fraser
Concordia
Guelph
Carleton
University of Ottawa
University of Alberta.
McMaster University
University of Ontario Institute of Technology
I am looking for course-based program. I know my GPA is quiet low as Canadian universities look at the performance in UG. To make things worse, I even had quiet a lot of backlogs. I don't know if this matters too but I am guessing it will.
It would be very helpful for me if anybody could tell me about my chances to get into these colleges. Also I would be very thankful if anybody could suggest me some more safe to moderate colleges.
