Affidavit of support from sponsor in usa on h1b

Hi, my sister is in usa on h1b and she is sponsoring me. Since we need affidavit of support for visa interview does form I-134 will be enough for that or do she needs to send some other supporting letter too?

If anyone can please reply I will be very much thankful.
