GPA - 6.70/10

Professional experience: 3.3 years (By October 2017)
Paper Publication in International Journal : 1

Current role: Developer

I do not want to retake GRE.
Please suggest me some decent universities.
As I am going on my own by lending loan, Tuition fees and living cost should be average.
