Acads: BE Information Technology - Mumbai Univeristy 72.5% (top 5% in the dept.) ,88.4% 12th and 95.8% 10th

Work ex: 25 months yet, as an Application Developer in JP Morgan Chase,specializing in JAVA and Unix among a host of other things

Paper: 1 international related to an NLP project

Projects: The aforementioned NLP based project, a published android app, some other small java based projects,a project with an NGO and some online courses for python, ML etc

LORs: 1 project mentor, 1 HoD, 1 from work by VP or ED

Q1) What can I do to improve my profile further seeing I will have to start applying soon?
Q2) Looked into the following unis:

3.CMU
4.UMass
5.Stony Brook
6.ASU
7.NCSU
8.Maryland
9.Purdue
10.UTA
11.Minnesota

All of the above seem ambitious but would like to know if I stand a chance and also if any suggestions for moderate and safe ones with scholarship options.
