What recommendation is better for me?

I will apply to MSBA, so I consider two people for recommendation.

Candidate (A)
- A Senior Manager in Billing and Settlement Department for App Store
- He had been my immediate superior for 5years 6months in Billing and Settlement Department
- He very well knows me, so I expect that he can write detailed contents.

Candidate (B)
- A Senior Executive in Big data Department
- He has been my boss for 1year 6months, but not immediate superior.
- He does not know me enough, so he might write general contents.

Both A and B are favorable to me.
I do not know which is more valuable?
The person who works with me directly for a long time? or a senior executive?
