Can anyone suggest some decent US/Canada universities which offer short Masters (1 to 1.5 years) program with major focus on Digital IC design and minor focus on Analog IC design & Signal Processing(Neural networks). I did found some threads after search but they seem stale.

The kind of subject areas I am looking for
Of course I it is impossible to do all of them in a compressed Masters, but that is overall range of interest. I suppose 6 from above list can be accomplished in 1.5 years
I already have MS in Embedded Systems. But it has been almost 7 years since I did it. So, I am looking forward to upgrade to VLSI.

- RTL Synthesis, TLM & Verification (VHDL, SystemVerilog, SystemC, UVM)
- Physical design (STA, Floorplanning, Placement, Routing, Clock tree)
- VLSI Architectures for Signal Processing
- Digital CMOS IC design & test
- Analog CMOS IC design of Amplifiers, OTA, Current Mirrors, Filters, ADC/DAC, PLL, VCO, LNA, Mixers etc.
- Mixed Signal Modeling (VHDL-AMS, Verilog-AMS, SystemC-AMS)
- Passive, Active and Digital Filters (Adaptive)
- Image/Video Processing
- Machine learning, Neural Networks
