Kindly categorize few safe/moderate/ambitious universities for MS in Electrical Engineering(VLSI) based on below profile -
GRE - 318 (V-157, Q-161, AWA-5)
TOEFL - yet to appear
Undergrad - 75.6% in Electronics and Telecommunication from Pune University.
2 patents based on electronics.
2 international papers.
2 online certified courses on Automata from Stanford and wireless communication from IIT-Kanpur.
Volunteered at an IEEE student's congress.
Won few technical events.
1 year internship in a startup based on PCB designing. It also sponsored my final year project.
Third year project was acknowledged by the Government of Maharashtra through a state level competition. (I have a certificate from the Chief Minister of the state)
I will be applying after 2 year of experience in a leading automotive R&D product company.
It will be nice to know few universities where I can get scholarship as well.
