Best Telecommunication Course?

Hello All,

I'm applying for my Masters Soon, and I'm confused!

My Profile-

Entering 4th Year in Electronics and Communications, from PES University in Bangalore.
My current GPA is 8.63.
GRE 316. 153 Verbal, 163 Quant, 3.5 AWA.
Yet to give TOEFL. (Let's say between 100 and 110)

I've a Minor Degree in Computer Science.
A specialization in Communication.
One Government Funded project under IISc.
Working on a Satellite as well, at my internship.

I'm applying to colleges in the US, but not many options for Telecomm.

How are ENTS(UMCP) and ITP(UCB)? What other colleges are good? I'm open to a few EE Options as well. Please help me out. Thank You!
