In case I've missed something, could you suggest some other good universities which are also cost effective?
I have been going through some edulix threads about the expenses and budgets. Could you give me some abstract idea about the average costs in some of these universities? Some recommended threads in edulix were old(2011) and may not reflect the latest data.
