I need a German student visa, but unfortunately, i have previous visa refusal history![Neutral]( "Neutral")

a few years ago my schengen is visa refused because of insufficient document (leave letter from the employer /no objection certificate ). And a few months ago my UK tourist visa refused because of insufficient fund in my savings account.
So will these affect my chance of getting the German student visa ? i am planning to take masters in this FALL![Sad]( "Sad")
