NEU (MS ECE) Vs Syracuse (MS CS)

Hey guys,

I need help in finalizing a university for Fall'17 -
Syracuse - MS CS - Admit - 30% Graduate Student Grant
NEU - MS ECE - Waiting List

The tentative date that NEU gave for the decision to be out is May end.
So here is my question.
Is it worth waiting for NEU? or Should I go for Syracuse?
