CMU MS IT Mobility vs UCSD MS CS

Hello,

Please help me in selecting between CMU INI's MS IT - Mobility Program and UCSD MS in CS program.

Looking for better and high paying job opportunities after graduation and I am slighly more inclined towards Data Science and ML.

CMU Pros:

1) Huge Brand Name.
2) 2nd Year in Silicon Valley along with project practicum
3) Higher quality of courses
4) Huge waitlist and uncertainty whether I can get courses like Algo, ML, etc.

CMU Cons:

1) Exorbitantly expensive
2) Longer duration
3) Will have to take a few systems level courses compulsorily
4) Lame degree name


UCSD Pros:

1) Very affordable and low fees (considering waiver with TA/RA)
2) Location and Weather
3) Can take core CS courses like ML, Algo, OS, etc. for sure
4) CS degree

UCSD Cons:

1) Not as highly rated as CMU
2) Slightly lower career opportunities

Also, is it worth spending 25-30 lakh INR more for CMU for its brand name as compared to UCSD? How different would be the job scene in terms of companies and starting salaries between CMU and UCSD?

Suggestions will be highly appreciated.
