GMU vs SUNY Binghamton

Hi,

I have to make a decision between these two for MS in Computer Science.

George Mason is probably the better one however it is much more expensive than Binghamton.

Bing is also considered a very good public university in SUNY system, even the location is not really good.

The coursework of both are good. Binghamton has new faculty in Machine Learning which is really interesting.

Going to Mason will probably cost me 5 - 10 Lakhs extra Approx. Is it worth going there just for the DC Tech Area?
