MSBA : UCinn vs UCSD

Hi,

I have received admit from UCinn and UCSD for MSBA for Fall 2017.

UCinn - 6k scholarship
UCSD - 22.5k scholarship

Can you please help me in comparing these universities in terms of ROI, curriculum, location and placements and deciding which one to go ahead with ?
