structural engineering

I have got 4 admits for MS in structural(civil) engineering:-
USC
Uwash
NCSU
Virginia Tech

Awaiting:-
UCSD

I would appreciate some help in choosing out of these four in terms of job opportunities, coursework and overall reputation. Cost is not an issue.
