Order of preference for MIS colleges in USA

Hi,

I aspire to do MIS in Data Analytics track. So, please tell me what should be my first, second and third preference for this course from among the following colleges:

1) Rutgers University,
2) Syracuse University,
3) University of South Florida.

Note: I have received admit from Rutgers but I am awaiting response from Syracuse University and University of South Florida
