George Mason vs Southern methodist vs CSU Fullerton | MS EE FALL 17

Hi,

I got admits in GMU, SMU, CSU Fullerton, can you please help me in selecting which one among these will give me:
1. Better quality education in EE(specializing in VLSI)
2. Internship opportunities
3. Cost of the program vs ROI

I heard that Southern Methodist EE department is good and it is located in Dallas which might have low cost of living.

George Mason has an expensive program and cost of living is also high(I dont have much info on George Mason EE department though)

CSU Fullerton is located in California but EE program might not be better among these.


Please guide me in selecting the best college among these, would be very helpful Brick wall
