UMD College park MS IS vs UT Dallas MS ITM

Hi,

I have got an admit from University of Maryland College Park for MS IS and from UT Dallas for MS ITM without any GA/ TA role or financial aid.
Although I am more inclined towards UMD because of its reputation but the high tuition fee bothers me. What about the RoI ?

Please give any inputs.

Note: Still waiting for the results from UC, ASU, SUNY Buffalo.
