Any sort of help would be highly appreciated. I dont know whom to tag.

I already hold an admit for MSc in Cyber security from University of Glasgow, Michigan Tech and National College of Ireland ... Would Glasgow be an option considering the stringent VISA rules imposed on students. Also Michigan Tech is a bit low ranked college. Should I choose any of them or wait for the universities in Germany. However I do not have any proficiency in German language.


Please help me in this regard. Please Please help me. Would be highly obliged..
