APPLICATION REVIEW STATUS: Your application is currently INCOMPLETE.

Hi,

I have submitted the application for MS in CS for 2017 fall in UNCC.

I received a mail saying "Your application is currently INCOMPLETE."

Below is the excerpt from the portal.

Some items, such as Clearinghouse Review, are administrative in nature and as the description indicates requires no action from you at this time.

Educational History Review: Graduate Admissions is reviewing the educational history in your application and comparing it with enrollment data received from the National Student Clearinghouse to ensure all institutions from where you enrolled have been disclosed. Please review your application and make sure you entered every institution you attended after high school. A transcript is required from each institution you attended or attempted enrollment. Transfer of credit posted on one institutional record cannot be substituted for a transcript. If you forgot to include an institution in your application, please request an official transcript be mailed directly to GRADUATE ADMISSIONS, UNC Charlotte at 9201 University City Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28223.


I am confused now. Because i have submitted my undergraduate transcripts. what they are asking for ?

Please advise.
