My chances at the Top three universities of Canada
1. Univ of Toronto
2. Mcgill Univ
3. UBC, Vancouver

also other universities like
University of Saskatchewan
Ottawa- Carleton joint program.

M.eng Biomedical limits my range of universities. and hence should I look into MSc in other Universities like McMaster and Alberta?

I am not aware of any senior's presence on this website. what should be my alternative?
