Loan Sanction Letter for Financial Doc

Hi Guys,

Most univs ask for financial docs after admit and few before admit.
Is loan sanction letter acceptable as financial doc ? Or is bank statement necessary ? I am applying for loan with Credila.

FYI, I have applied to ASU,IUB,NEU,RIT,CSU,GMU,SJSU. SJSU requires me to submit financial docs before admit decision. So is loan sanction letter acceptable ?
