Admit chance at USC, LA (Viterbi)

I have a MS degree in electrical engineering (telecom) from Clemson University (US top 100) with gpa of ~3.1

I have applied for PhD in Electrical engineering at USC, LA.

What are my admit chances (I got 3 referrals)?

I worked 2 years after my MS in Qualcomm and Intel , but my SOP is just plain 1 page (<300words).

Please help especially anyone already joined or alumni.
