UFL MS CS vs Rutgers MS CS

Hey, I am trying to make a decision and I came up with some pros and cons of both. I have almost kind of decided to go for UFL but can you please have a look below and tell me whether you think the points I mention are relevant or if I am missing something? Don't want to go wrong.

Rutgers
Pros: 1. Better Reputation in CS. (US News rank #34 in CS and #70 overall and WSJ employers rating #110)
2. Close to NYC so more possibilities of Internships and Jobs.
3. Smaller Batch Size. (This means it's more selective.)
4. More chances of funding. (Part Time Lecturer etc. not TA/RA)

Cons:
1, Courses are very limited and at times too theoretical. (No embedded systems, mobile computing, HCI - I think not being a part of the Engineering Dept. does that)
2. Career Fair is mediocre (I know getting a job depends more on your own abilities but I guess a good campus fair should help a bit)

UFL
Pros: 1. A varied set (better breadth) of courses that are quite practical (or so I am told).
2. Strong career fair (Fb, Microsoft etc. seem to recruit on campus)
3. Many alums in the SV so strong base there. (did a Linkedin search)
4. Cheaper. (About 9k cheaper after AA, though cost isn't really an issue)

Cons: 1. A much bigger student population than Rutgers.
2. A bit less reputed than Rutgers in CS. (US News #48 for CS and #50 Overall, WSJ employer's rating #56)

P.S. - Since I am an EC guy, options like Mobile Computing, HCI and Embedded Systems feel somewhat close to home. Also, I am looking for a job after graduation, not a Ph.D.
Your thoughts?
