I want to pursue MS in MIS(data science) in US and specialize in data science or data analysis.

I've listed my target schools below, and intend to apply for 12 schools

Btw, I know my GPA is a weakness, could you also recommend some of the schools for me, especially for data science? UA and UMN do not accept GPA below 3.0.

I have two years entrepreneurship experience in college... not sure if it is helpful
