Sending attested copy of Provisional Degree

Hi all,
Do we need to send attested copy of Provisional Degree along with official transcripts? I graduated in June 2016 and I have a provisional degree right now along with official transcripts. I'm applying to Rutgers University for MS in ECE program. Your prompt reply would be much appreciated.
