The apartments have good facilities. There isn't any extra water tax. Also the apartments have close proximity to College Mall, Chase bank, grocery stores and the university campus. The apartments could be reached by two bus routes and the buses in these routes are very frequent.
The following expenses would be incurred based on number of people deciding to have the room.

Number of Persons : 2 (If two decide to share the room)
