Planning for an MS in MIS. Need inputs on my university selection.

GRE SCORE is 306 (quants 163, verbal 143, 3.5 in AWA)
TOEFL -96 (R - 24 L - 21 S - 27 W - 24)
CGPA : 7.73/10 good extracurriculars

I have over 2.5 years of experience as a developer.

Planning to apply to the below universities. Could you pls suggest the chances?

Kelley, TAMU , UIC, UTD , University of Washington , New York University, SUNY
