No contact from DHL yet?

Hello everyone,

Glad to be a part of this community.

I submitted my courier request on Edulix yesterday and immediately received an email from Edulix as a confirmation.

However, there is no communication from DHL yet regarding the pickup. Moreover, when I called DHL and gave them my contact number, they said that no pickup is scheduled on my name.

Please assist me. My courier needs to reach USA ASAP.
