MSBA or MS in data science

Dear Sir,

I am planning to apply for MS in Business analytics or Data science in USA in fall'17.
I have a GRE score of 313 (V=150, Q=163, AW=4)
My discipline is an integrated course of B.E. Civil engg and Msc.(Hons.) biological sciences from BITS-Pilani.
I have been working as a Business analyst at Novartis (first job) for 13 months now.
My Toefl score is 105.

Kindly guide me on the collges which shall be suitable for me. I have a list of the following as of now:
