Profile Evaluation Fall 2017

Hi,

I'm a final year student at IIIT Chittoor doing my Btech in CS. I want to pursue MS in any of the top universities in the US. My Interests lie in the fields of NLP, Software Engineering and Data Analytics.
GRE Score - 315 (152- V, 163- Q, 3.5- AWA)
TOEFL Score - results yet to come
CGPA till 3rd year - 9.38/10
2 month - Internship on Data Visualisations using Javascript at a Startup in Hyderabad

I want to know which universities that i can consider safe, moderate and ambitious from the below list;
