Dear Sir/madam
I booked courier from edulix express and got call on 4th November 2016 in morning that BLUE DART will collect my parcel on 4th November 2016 by 6pm and they will contact me. But till 6th November no one contacted my nor. Anyone came to pick my parcel..I contacted blue dart they said they have not received any such information. Now it was very urgent to send my parcel and from 7th November to 9th November am out of station and I won't be available at my place nor on phone so if that person contacts me I won't be able to pick up so what should I do?
