How is UC davis and UC santa barabara for MS CS

I am applying for MS in CS for fall2017
My GRE score is 320, verbal:150 and quant:170 AWA:4
I plan to apply to following:

UCLA
UCI
USC
ASU
StonyBrook
GaTech
UC Davis
UC santabarbara

Could some one tell me how is UC Davis and UC SB? I am still confused whether to apply or not.
I am planning to do ms in CS with interest in machine learning,databases.
