I had submitted a request for transcript delivery via Edulix DHL Express. I was called and informed that the parcel would be picked up between 5 pm -8 pm on 27th October 2016. No one from DHL came for the pick up. I called back on the no. from where I received the call, no one answered. It was a very disappointing experience for a service that has been positively reviewed on the forum. Can Edulix please ensure that there is at least an acknowledgement number from DHL to track once a call has been made and a time for delivery has been confirmed? I have no option but resort to the conventional courier option which is going to cost me much higher than this service.
