PROFILE EVALUATION: GRE: 310 (Q:164), TOEFL: 104, Work Exp: 30 months in Oil and Gas

Hi,
I am planning to apply in MS Chemical Engineering for Fall 2017 session. Kindly suggest me some good universities with probability of getting a scholarship as well.

My profile is;

Undergrads: BE Chemical Engineering
CGPA: 3.65/4.00 (in Top 10 students)
GRE: 310 (Q-164)
TOEFL: 104
No Research Papers
Work Experience: 30 months in Oil and Gas Company (still working) (worked in Refinery(Distillation Unit) as a Process Engineer and Now working in Oil and Gas Field(Amine Unit for H2S removal) as a Process Engineer.
Final Year Project: Biomass Gasification for Hydrogen Production. (awarded as a 2nd best project)
One Online Course on Energy from edX
Intended Course: MS Chemical Engineering/Process Engineering.
