Problem with getting Edulix Service

I have registered on EdulixExpress to dispatch my WES documents on 18 Oct. A lady from Mumbai called up on 19th October and we finalized the pick-up date to be 21st Oct. However, no one showed up to get the package. I have tried calling the Mumbai office multiple times. However, there is no response.

Please help.
