I am a B.Tech Graduate and have completed my B.Tech in 2015. My graduate percentage is 82%. I have been working since July 2015 to present as a Quality Engineer. I am planning to move to non technical side and more into management. I do not want to stay into core technical field. I am planning to go for MSc in management or maybe MBA. My preference is to go for one year courses. Hence, I need suggestions on which course to go for. Also would there be any problem I would face in future in getting jobs because I would be switching from technical to non technical field. I am confused which non tech field will have good growth and job oppurtunities in Canada. Also i need suggestions on MSc in digital marketing course. Please guide me on above issues as i am completely new to this and will really be helped by your response.
