I wanted to know how much damage my undergraduate degree will have on my chances for a tech-oriented data science/business analytics degree.

With all that in mind, this is my list -

University of Cincinnati
University of Connecticut
Georgia State University
Georgia Tech
Texas A&M University
Carnegie Mellon University (Computational Data Science)
University of Minnesota, Twin Cities
University of Washington
University of Texas Austin
University of Columbia
Kelley School Indiana
North Carolina State University
University of California San Diego
New York University (Data Science)
Rutgers New Jersey

Kindly let me know my chances for these. Please feel free to suggest any other universities you may think I should research further.

Also, would it be better to get my 2 LORs from my line manager's boss and her boss or from my line manager's boss and my line manager himself?
