universities suggestion

I am studying in final year right now. Computer Engineering student. I just gave my gre.
My gpa till 3rd year- 75%
topper's gpa- 87%

studying in Pune university
college - pimpri chinchwad college of engineering

GRE
Quant-162
Verbal-144
AWM-3

I have filled patent in the domain of database management.

Universities I looked for
1.san Jose state university
2.SUNNY stony brook university
3.University of southern California
4.san Diego state university

I will prefer general comp engineering/comp science.
I was wondering if I could receive some suggestions of other good universities for this profile.
USC and stony brook was suggested by some seniors based on academics.
Also how do we get to know whether are we eligible to receive financial aid as scholarship or RA/TA.
