Change of Department Code

Hi,
I just gave GRE exam on 3rd October and selected 4 Universities with major. I selected my major as Computer Software Engineering.

If i want to apply for Computer Science, can I still do it as i have selected major as Computer Software Engineering instead of Compuer Science?

Please help me with this.
