Could some one please tell me which categories these universities belong to that is safe/moderate/ambitious?

I'm mainly looking for courses like machine learning , especially natural language processing applications such as stuff like sentiment analysis of large scale data eg Tweets , big data , and systems courses like operating systems and databases.

Can you suggest which of these listed universities are good for which area as well as suggest some new ones?

Thanks in advance! Smile
