NCSU Vs ASU for Civil Engineering (Structural Engineering)

Dear Seniors,

I have received admit for MCE from NCSU & MS from ASU for Civil Engineering for Spring 2017.

I have about 8.5 years work experience as Civil / Structural Engineer with good MNC Engineering companies.

could you please help me (pros /cons) in selecting university among NCSU & ASU for Structural Engineering course.

No financial aids from both univ.
