Kindly evaluate my profile for CSE

1) GRE score 322(Q168 V154) AWA 3.5 and toefl-109
2) B.Tech from VIT in ECE - 8.86
3) Currently working for Bank Of America - Java backend developer for trade booking system - 3 Years (major 4-5 projects which I can mention)
4) IEEE paper related to ECE , and it involved bit of coding so am thinking of writing in SOP
5) Final Year project under HOD , made a wearable pulse detector with instant notification to 4 mobile numbers . Involved low level programming.
6) Represented college in competition in USA.
7) Studied programming lang and DSA in college.(mentioned in transcript)
8) Know - C,C++, Java , SQL
9) Internship in two defence organizations .
10 ) 2-3 other projects in college which I can somehow relate to programming.
11) LORs - HOD , VP and Director level in the company.

Could you guys help me out in rating the universities according to my profile and suggest if I should drop out or add few more safe uni . I am thinking of applying to 10.
Also , as I have 3 years work ex as of now , will two LOR from company help or should I got for 2 from college and one from the company .

How much branch change will affect my chances ??
